Typography is the art of visual interpretation, mediation between content and form. Wherever Type is used, does typography the design of content.

A prestigious typographer – Emil Ruder (1914-1970) – once said:

"Typography has one plain duty before it and that is to convey information in writing. No argument or consideration can absolve typography from this duty."
